New Women's Devotional Bible App Reviews

I absolutely love this Bible except for one thing. Now I know that being a womens Bible that it makes sense for the narration to be by a women, however, the narration for this Bible is extremely stoic. She reads with no feeling, its as if it is being read by a computer or a female robot. This takes away from the scriptures. Everything else about this Bible is great!

I love the devotionals and what it adds to the scriptures while reading the bible. I find a lot of devotionals and other books really dont encourage me to actually read the bible only to read a couple verses. That being said a feature I consider pretty important would be to automatically update in between iPad and iPhone. You can "check" what devotionals you have completed and when you go from one device to the other it can be quite annoying to remember where you were at. Also, most disappointing is when I am reading on the iPad the devotionals dont always appear at the right place. For example some devotionals for Hebrews were showing up in Exodus. For the price I paid $15 this should have all the tweaks worked out!!! Kind of let down because I really like the devotionals! PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!

I like the style, the the app has some issues. It keeps kicking me completely out of the app and at times it will completely lock up. Please fix and update this app, since you are charging for it ; it should work.

I adore the Womens Devotional Bible. The informational pages about the authors of various books in the bible & the easy to understand read is quite helpful.

I absolutely love this app. The only thing I would change is maybe adding a record button to add a sermon to a particular verse or group of verses.

I was given the hard copy when I was first saved as my first bible. So happy to have the app!

I love my physical bible but to also have it as an app on my iPhone thats with me literally 24/7..is amazing.This is truly brilliant.I love the reading plans,devotionals & all the unique things you can do, i.e. Margin notes,highlights,bookmarks,tweet,sms & more all from within the app.I have honestly set more time aside to read Gods word & spend more time in His presence.

This app is a GREAT way to start my morning! It easy to use! It directs you to eac section to read for the daily lesson. You can keep daily notes to refer back to. Good questions to make u think about the devotional. And reference to other places in the Bible, to think about what you are reading for the day :) Happy learning to all the ladies who choose to by this app!

Easily searchable & works great at Church for notes

I actually own a hard copy of this bible and love it, its such a beautiful bible. I went ahead and purchased the app because the bible is so pretty it wasnt something I wanted to write and highlight in... I love iBooks because you can highlight within the app, take notes, and all the features are really really cool. Love this bible and cant wait to read the entire thing this year!

Great for taking notes in church and at bible studies. A lot if great devotionals too. The best way to utilize this app is on an iPad.

I like how I can make notes for any verse. Also like that I can check off what I read in the reading plans. However, I do wish the yearly plan was done by Day rather than the month, so that we could start any day of the year. Also would like a refresh for Bible Reading check off where we can start over.

This app is wonderful ! I love the daily devotions and how you can check them off as you go. The support is great I had some questions and they answered me back within an hours time! Well worth the money!

Like reading the real devotional bible itself.

Since the iOS8 update that I did on Sep 11th, the "completed" check box does not work at the end of each devotional. This is a feature I have come to rely on to keep me on track with my devotional readings. Love this app and I really enjoy the devotionals and the unique perspective that it gives me to scripture.

Didnt think there could be another bible app as good as the one that comes on the iPhone but this one is perfect. Made just for women, the occasional devotional readings are amazing. Love everything about this app!
